Mark Jacobson (Stanford University) and Robert Bryce (The Manhattan Institute for Policy Research), along with members of the University of Iowa Student Debate Team, will debate the resolution, Resolved: That the United States should adopt and implement a plan to achieve 100% renewable energy by 2030.
