Oasis Hummus Pizza
- Oasis Pita
- Oasis Hummus
- Rotisserie Chicken (Or any chicken substitute)
- Kalamata and Green olives
- Red Onion
- Olive oil
- Crusted Red pepper
- Black pepper
- Red Bell Pepper
- Spinach
- Feta
Dressing (for the salad)
- ½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp Italian Seasoning
Toppings (for the salad)
- Red Onion
- Feta Cheese
- Kalamata Olives
- Green Olives
- Golden Raisins
- De-Shelled Sunflower seeds
- (Feel free to add whatever else you want!)
Chickpea Salad (for the Chickpea Salad Rice Bowl)
- 1 can of cooked chickpeas
- 2 Diced baby carrots
- 1 finely chopped green onion
- ¼ cup diced red bell pepper
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp salt (add more or less to taste)
Pickled Cabbage (for the Chickpea Salad Rice Bowl)
- Prepare 12 to 24 house in advance (lasts a little longer than a week)
- ½ of a 10oz bag of shredded cabbage
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 TBL olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
Tahini Sauce (for the Chickpea Salad Rice Bowl)
- ¾ cup raw tahini
- 3 TBL lemon juice
- ¾ cup water
- ¼ tsp salt (add more or less to taste)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp smoked paprika
Additional Chickpea Salad Rice Bowl ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 2 cups of rice or 1 packet of steamed rice (Uncle Ben’s Ready Rice)
- Anything else you’d like to add to the bowl
