Oasis Hummus Pizza

  • Oasis Pita
  • Oasis Hummus
  • Rotisserie Chicken (Or any chicken substitute)
  • Kalamata and Green olives
  • Red Onion
  • Olive oil
  • Crusted Red pepper
  • Black pepper
  • Red Bell Pepper
  • Spinach
  • Feta

Dressing (for the salad)

  • ½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp Italian Seasoning

Toppings (for the salad)

  • Red Onion
  • Feta Cheese
  • Kalamata Olives
  • Green Olives
  • Golden Raisins
  • De-Shelled Sunflower seeds
  • (Feel free to add whatever else you want!)

Chickpea Salad (for the Chickpea Salad Rice Bowl)

  • 1 can of cooked chickpeas
  • 2 Diced baby carrots
  • 1 finely chopped green onion
  • ¼ cup diced red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • 1/8 tsp salt (add more or less to taste)

Pickled Cabbage (for the Chickpea Salad Rice Bowl)

  • Prepare 12 to 24 house in advance (lasts a little longer than a week)
  • ½ of a 10oz bag of shredded cabbage
  • 2 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 TBL olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar

Tahini Sauce (for the Chickpea Salad Rice Bowl)

  • ¾ cup raw tahini
  • 3 TBL lemon juice
  • ¾ cup water
  • ¼ tsp salt (add more or less to taste)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp smoked paprika

Additional Chickpea Salad Rice Bowl ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 cups of rice or 1 packet of steamed rice (Uncle Ben’s Ready Rice)
  • Anything else you’d like to add to the bowl
